Valentine's day was weird... my first one being single in quite a while. Not terrible, though. I went out with a new girl the night before, it was fun. Second date is forthcoming!
I've been working out again and I feel great! I broke down and got some self-help books, which was a really good idea.
One of them is:
One of the first exercises is making a log of things you're grateful for, and listing at least 5 things each day that you were thankful for throughout your day.
Here are some of mine for today:
1. Sleeping well
2. Visiting with a neighbor
3. Family guy
4. No more breath tests!
5. Having time to myself

I have to agree with several on your list. Even though I have been sober for almost 3 years I had to take breath tests for my probation up until fairly recently. A huge pain and waste of time. And Family Guy, you gottal love Family Guy. How are you??
