so, I've stayed consistent w my whole, 'no less than 3 gym days a week' and it feels great. got a tanning membership to help motivate myself to get to the gym, I know tanning is pretty bad for your skin (and ink) I can't help but not care...I just love laying in that booth. It's like the perfect relief from winter time blues. would def recommend it for anyone who suffers from sad (seasonal affective disorder). In other news, got a cute lil Black cat friday the 13th tattoo couple weeks ago. Really love it! Just a bit sad that the tattoo kinda marks a friday the 13th that was a really terrible day for a lot of parts of the world ): My constant worrying over the state of the world is what also drives me to the gym in a frenzy of panic, self loathing and adrenaline. Anyways, what gets you guys through the lulls of life?
