I read that time passage is perceived relative to how much we're thinking about at any moment. Something along the lines of, if we think about many things constantly time will have appeared to have passed faster at any point of reference.
Unless by 'constant movement of my time' you are refering to our generation's adaptation and change to present day or expected outcomes.
