Does anyone want to come to Utah? Pleeeease? I need more open-minded friends to hang out with here.
This time of year I really get down on my hometown: all of the politicking before elections really wakes one up to the ridiculously conservative nature of this state. Most of the year I do a pretty good job of ignoring the religious right here, but since I am not one to stand by complacently while another pro-life, homophobic, anti-everything-worth-living-for politician tries to get into office, this time of year gets me worked up more than I need to be.
That's why I need more like-minded individuals here to have a little fun with. Life's too short, you know?
