Just be smart. (that's a silly thing to say to you) I hear the words you are saying and the feel like the right ones. Propering eating and exercising. blance and the whatnot. reasonable goals. but as I say to the girls who shop at the store I work at, It's just a stupid number.

My only adviceis, "take your time". You did not put on that wieght in three months don't think you'll get rid of it in three months. It took you years to get here and it may take you years to get back there. So be patient with yourself.

Well I just e-mailed NoPantsDave about the trip o Boston for the Sox game, but I figure if I tell you both, one of you will take care of it (well we both know who wink, but anyway)

Pip has the dates of my trip out and the only home games at that time are Jul-22 vs Baltimore (double header) and Jul-23,24,25 vs Yankees (don't know if tix are still available for this) E-mail Pip and you guys can hash out the details. just try and keep me in the loop so I can make sure of a sitter for my son for that day (he's a last min addition to my trip)
