A CHALLENGE. A PASSION. A PROJECT.
So friends and fellow SG readers, after a week of pondering an idea and all that it entails I have decided to take on a new project, one in a realm I haven't really worked much in before; one that will expand my skills and open opportunities to do future work in an area where I have been contemplating...

Oh that's not too hard! I'm actually making one of those right now, but I ran out of yarn, so I had to stop
Should be easy enough, do you have a measuring tape? Otherwise, my roomie's a guy, I could use his neck for a reference
Also, does it matter what sort of yarn? I can do it something like an acrylic so it isn't itchy or if you're allergic.

AGING GRACEFULLY
By no means, am I trying to say the lady here that I am speaking of is in any way "past her prime". But there is a magic to Cate Blanchett (and in many woman who hold themselves in the same regard) that I find entirely captivating and mesmerizing. It's their outlook on true beauty, the natural progression of age and what it...

I think Kate Winslet is aging gracefully, too. She's prettier now than in Titanic.

OOOOH YEAH, LET'S GET INAUGURATED UP IN THIS BITCH!
First on a serious note: I, as well as many many other americans today, have felt a sense of pride, an urge for change, a moment of peace, and a burden lifted on this special day in our nation's history. Yes, this inauguration is really just a formality and nothing has "happened" or changed as of...

best song is Blood Bank. I listened to it on loop for about a week when I first heard it. I want to make a video for it.

Woods is the one with Autotune overload, right? When I first heard it I did a "et tu?" but after listening to it again several weeks later I can appreciate the multi layered harmonies that he can create with it.

That sure sounds like it has something to do with a girl. Am I correct in that?

I was doing a story last year at this figure skating thing.
all these little kids came out dressed as dinosaurs and "skated" to this song..
I ue the word skated loosely.
As the kids were like 5 and could barely walk let alone skate.
cutest thing ever/

SAN FRANCISCO...
...Today is the first day I have ever realized the true beauty of this city. It was an actual heart warming moment that sparked a grin that has been missing from my face for a few weeks now; all of you who know me well know that smile. It's the smile of confidence and perseverance, of wit and candor, comfort and charisma, a...

I consider San Francisco to be a dear old friend of mine. The two years I lived there were the worst... and best two years of my life (so far). I went in scared but optimistic, I hit the lowest of my lows and learned so much. When I left had gained more experiences and insight than I could have ever imagined. The city was always there for me and I hope you get as much, if not more, from it as I did. I'll definitely be coming to visit.

Seriously, this has been the hardest transition I have ever gone through in my entire life. And actually that is saying a lot, my paths have been rocky, tragic, and testing in many ways, many shapes and many forms.
The path that lies at my feet now is shakier then any other moment in my life, yet I have to scale it like...

DESIGN
Ok, this blog is simple and short. Here is some design work I finished this last semester... nothing incredible but its school so the "rules" apply and you make the best of what you are allowed to work with while playing their game. Fun stuff to design though, but would have been a hell of a lot nicer with a wider selection of options...

are you home yet?
What're you studying?
Did you meet a lovely girl from this site too? It seems rude to ask for details, what with me not knowing you. So i won't, but know that i am itching to ask. But i am polite. Ish.
I get some amount of abuse for having met my man off the internet, people think he must obviously be a 60 year old, socially inept sex pest. This isn't true. He's 29. The rest about sums him up though, mmm.
And graphic design? That's something that interests me. It seems so hard, and tricky, but the people that do it seem to love it. Do you love it?
