Did I see you out at that race last Saturday?
I've lost 40 lbs. now, and I'm feeling great. 20 More and I'll be set. I do need to exercise but work has been long days and I just haven't gotten into the mood.

O.K., time to update. Diabetes is going well. I've lost 30 Lbs.
Work is picking up a little. Started doing home foreclosures as a side bar. I go and break in to a bank owned house and change the locks for the bank. Then clean the place up.
