so i successfully did my strength workout 3 times this week. on top of working 5 days ina row 8hrs each at the hospital, 2 days working from 9am-12pm at my other job. rode my bike to work 3 out of 5 of those. took loki swimming twice, and took him to the library for the first time and got him his own library card....
