If I can't even get friends and family to read this damn story, what hope do I have reaching strangers? The thing is, I know it's good this time around. I have faith in my story, I just can't seem to convince anyone else to.

Tried something new today. I saw a video of someone making these and I had to try it. They came out so good! I present to you, mozzarella stuffed potato cakes. Also, I'd appreciate it if you checked out my Instagram. I'm trying to generate an audience for the novel I'm going to publish and I would be grateful for any help.

Thinking about what the story is about, the world building that I did, and the characters I created... I finally came up with a title.

It's set on a post-apocalyptic Earth, where most of humanity has left the planet. It follows the descendants of humanity who stayed behind for various reasons. And it's actually somewhat descriptive of the protagonists, and a few other characters.

After surviving an alien attack, humanity has moved forward into space. While most of the population has left the Earth behind in search of new worlds, some people stayed behind. Their descendants now must survive in the ruins.

It's a good start. A good friend of mine finished my book today. He liked it, liked the characters, some of the descriptions that I was a little unsure of, and he liked the ending. I know it's just one, somewhat biased opinion, but it's nice to hear.
