Went to see Charlie and The Chocolate Factory today - it was better than I thought it would be - a little different from the original movie but very good....I love Johnny Depp anyway wink
I start my new hours tomorrow - looking forward to getting home at a decent time smile

2 people at work today gave their notices....the good thing is I get to work 7 - 3:30 instead of 8:30 - 5 starting on Monday...much better hours for me ! When school starts up again the boys can get themselves on the bus and I will be home at a decent time to make supper and actually spend some time with them !

Well the doctor gave me a cortisone injection in my shoulder - I asked him to tell me honestly how much it would hurt and his reply was " honestly, it's going to sting like a son of a bitch ! " HE WAS RIGHT - it did ! I tried to be brave - he said if it doesn't work he will do surgery...

I just put a chocolate cake in the oven so I have 22-28 minutes to catch up with my friends !!
I took Monday off, I'm finally going to see what can be done with my arm and shoulder.

This work week should go by pretty fast - it's already Tuesday ! Yesterday I re-arranged the furniture in my family room....I love to do that every once in a while...the room is about 20 x 22 so I have room to play with...now it seems like a new room smile ( hey, it's the little things that make me happy )

it has alot to do with how they are raised! when i was growing up i was terrified of my mom and dad. nowadays, kids don't respect their parents and the parents don't punish them enough when they are wrong. mad

I agree with MarloSki. Alot of kids don't know, or care, about right from wrong. And there are some, not all, but some horrible parents out there. It's sad, and the world only seems to get worse. That is why I'm so afraid to have a child. What will the kids be like in 10 years from now?? It's a scary thought.
