I get all mu ink localy, i have a very good friend who ownes a chain ot tattoo shops in the area. He takes care of me on price, but I have not gotten anything big in a while, no money. But i am trying to train to be an tattoo artist, i just need to save the money to pay for it. I have not beed to DC for a while, i lived on Ft.Mead and in Odenton MD about 10 years ago.
