Ok quick update, Recieved a call today and I start tomorrow with the new job, as of right now its temporary for 30 days, after that if they have the funds to keep me on then I stay for another 6 months. After that 6 months is up if they still need me then I stay on so thats cool.

WOO HOO, was selected for Sergeant today, so Technically I'm a Sergeant but not until they pin me which may be next weekend or sometime in November. Heres the good catch though, even if they dont pin me till November, my date of rank is TODAY so I get all sorts of back pay which rules.
