Every time I read the news on new orleans, I want to cry. What is wrong with this country? The federal government let people starve in 100 degree heat and humidity on top of thier whole lives being turned into a toxic waste lake, and these people have lost everything. I saw the Rambo of black widow spiders tonight.... she aws beautiful! I'm usually scared of spiders; in fact I'm terrified, but she was so graceful and so BIG.... I'm learning to respect them........ I wish I had pics! she was like three inches in diameter with leg span....... just ask wan......................

Yeah, I was meaning more just the fact that Katrina wasn't causing as much damage throughout the rest of the US, but I admit, I'm floored by the damage reports to N.O.

Well, if the country rallies around and helps pitch in on the rebuilding, at least some good will come of it, I suppose.
