We are (finally) unpacking / unwinding after our week of road tripping. It’s hard to summarize something so great. We did some brewery touring in Louisville, hiking/camping in the Smokies, played board games & visited family in Georgia and perfectly wrapped our trip up with a bow by making a beautiful new set with @jaclyn in North Carolina. ✨

We are North Carolina bound to photograph the super fun @jaclyn! ✨ (Sneak peak: flower crowns are involved!) Naturally, the dogs joined us on this SAD (Scar And Derek) family road trip. Buster has strong feelings about leaving before his first cup of coffee.

If you don’t know already, if we can bring the dogs to set, they come to set! Thankfully @loveless LOVES dogs! (Which naturally meant we were gonna be good pals) so it was nonstop dog party shoot! Unfortunately, set dogs come with struggles along the way. But I mean c’mon, you can’t regret ‘em! (Look at those cutie pie faces)
