Hhmm, a new blog I think...

Not much to say, except if you're in the UK do try and see "Children of Men" at the cinema if it appeals - I thought it was a damn fine film, in fact one of the best I've seen for a while (excluding "Garden State" which I've also not shut up about). It had a lot more going...

I really feel like posting a new blog but don't really know what to put. I did one on MySpaz the other day if you want to check that one out, or in the mean time check back here soon...

Or go and watch Garden State if you haven't already as I waited something like a couple of years and now wish I'd seen it...

There are times when I really enjoy my job and times when I don't.

And you'd think that getting a call from work at 9.20 in the morning, on your first day off after a long shift while you're still asleep in bed getting a lie in, wouldn't be a good thing. But it was!

I was asked to go in and cover a colleague...

Well, it looks like I'm properly back on line (though I need a phone engineer to check the line as it's a bit crappy)

So what's been going on? - well I now have a new home after succesfully moving into the flat (thanks to my Dad and friend Mark over the last 3 weeks) and no longer live in 'The Gate'. I have yet...

Sorry i've been crap at reading blogs and posting comments - but I've been busy painting the new flat and getting ready for the move tomorrow.

So now I'm a home owner and from tommorow I live in my own flat (although with the heat wave it won't be the most pleasant of days to carry sofas etc up a flight of stairs!)

I will...

smile Yeah, got the keys to my new flat on Friday and have just dropped off some new DIY stuff to start wallpaper stripping and painting in the morning.

So I will be moving out of rented accomodation in 2 weeks and living in my own home for the first time in my 35 years. Can't wait.

And last night was the last time ever of...

I'm still not 100% in love with the new look SGs, mainly because it's no as easy to see my bookmarked blogs on one easy to view page - even though I think I should be able to (there is a tab on my home page for bookmarks, but this takes me back to my profile page that other people would normally see - including...

Just by chance I happened upon this. I know exactly what you mean. I feel the same way. I tried posting alot on the boards and groups and what not. It just never took off for me. Sometimes I wonder why I continues to write my blog, but I always seem to make it somehow.

I jsut wanted to say that I feel the same way man.

You are absolutely right about The Cure. There just something about that Robert Smith. He has the damn tenacity to right good music.

So It's Monday AM and I'm working on a calender for the next three weeks as I should get the keys to my Flat on Friday (Yay - I'll actually own my own home!) and then have to move out and clean up and all that.

Hence the big Calender wall chart that will be on the kitchen door in a bit. I think that...

whatever

Hhmm, not sure about the new SGs site - it's taken me ages to find my list of bookmarked blogs, and then there's only 3 at a time.

And It took me ages to find how to list the sets by release date (not under 'girls' anymore) plus there's a few more things I'm still thrown by.

Not that I'm quitting the site because of...

So the weather in the UK officially sucks - either it should be really wet and we can mentally hark back to wet play days at school and stay in watching crap TV and not feel bad about it, or it should be nice and sunny (well it is that time of year) and we can go out and about and hang with cool people...

smile Yeah, an update... of sorts.

So what's happening? well just joined the PSW group, so will be looking through there later and seeing what posts I can make and all that.

Challenged my friends from MySpace to find my other blog (i.e. this one) seeing as I don't really tell anyone I'm on here - and not through embarrassment, more down to the fact most...
