I had a really good weekend! My best friend had her daughter Amelia on Saturday and everything went great and they're both doing wonderful.
I also had a little cat come up to me in a parking lot and I had to take him home. His name is Possum! My aunt and uncle wanted him as soon as they seen him. He was starving! I...

I know what you mean. And I do confront him (and did tonight) ...but there are times when it falls on deaf ears or he just acts like a child and I am just frustrated beyond belief. I love him to death (we have been together 4 years next month)....but he knows how to push my buttons more than anyone else.

I've been checking into buying bakiery equipment, holy hell that stuff is expensive & rent for a kitchen space is not cheap either. I don't care how much it cost me; I will have a bakery in the next two years.

I made bubble gum cupcakes for a group of kids and they loved them, the frosting tasted just like bubble gum, they were awesome!

I need your help! Let me know what some of your favorite things from your favorite bakery are. I'm in the beginning process of starting a bakery and just want to know what people are into. I know what I like but I need more options, not to mention I love learning more about bakeries. So help a brother out!

Omg, eclairs, muffins....just about anything baked and yummy I love.

And, the Lotus does have ac. It's just not like what you would find in your Element or really any other car with ac. The ac in the Lotus tends to freeze up so it stops working. For the most part thought the ac works for short distances. We've been in the car for about 30-45 minutes and it worked just fine. But I'm sure any longer, or sitting in traffic and it may have been a different story. Also, nice thing, even with a not so fabulous ac, the car is tiny. So there's less space to cool. There have been plenty of times that I've been freezing in the car.

I must have un-realistic expectations of people. I try really hard to be a good friend to people & Im always the 1st person they call when they need something because they know Ill always step up help. Ive had two people who always call me, just totally flake on me this week. I just dont understand people & I probably never will.

I finally come to the conclusion that I should open my own bakery. I know I can make it work, it doesnt have to be big and extravagant, just good quality cakes and other desserts. I cant believe how terrible some of the cakes and cupcakes are that come into the country club from outside bakeries. If they can sell terrible products like they do;...

I definitely think you should. I want to own my own bakery/deli one day. Definitely a deli for sure. I hate seeing poorly sliced lunch meat, or bad salads.....pisses me off. I know i can make all of those better. And walmart has a scale 1-13 of think to thick so they can set the slicer on which one you pick. There isn't an art in it anymore. Same with bakeries. Most just do it to get money, and pay little attention to it. So sad. So I say go for it! You have the heart for it and I'm sure your deserts are divine! <3

I think you should definitely do it. And then become the sole provider of treats to the country club wink

Also, as far as the weight thing...I'm a girl. I obsess over the dumb shit rather than what actually matters. But I do know that 30-40lbs to lose is what's in my "healthy range" of weight so I'm focusing on that. It's annoying. But what can I do. I know that a lot of my self-esteem problems stem from being unhappy with my body so hopefully once I really start seeing the changes, my moods and all with start improving.
