Today I have a trial run in a new kitchen with a new chef. I actually have to make him a dessert and plate it; he wants to see how I work and how I interact with the people in his kitchen. I'm looking forward to learning new things and getting a hell a lot better job; but I'm freaking the hell out. I'm going to make a molten lava cake with a coffee caramel sauce, caramel glass tuille cookies and ice cream. I'm using a Godiva Cappuccino Truffle as the molten center of the cake; so everything should go well. I'm still really nervous about the whole ordeal.
