have you done any PHP5. my background has always been in C/C++ so seing as how we are pretty much windowsy .net rocks my world right now - web & object oriented. php5 seems to offer object orientation as well which is a big plus for large or complicated projects
I kinda like PERL (or used to more than I do now) but its just so relaxed that every other persons code is almost impossible to understand
