man, i was swamped all last week. working 16 hour days running sound, and working on someone's record in the studio at the same time, i haven't had much time to be on here. i've been reading and responing some, but no time to even think about writing anything.

My own personal nightmare begins when we're doing ab exercises and she's just talking softly and then a booming voice comes out of her saying, "Give me 25 NOW and FAST!!!" Proceeding with her yelling out each count. Talk about a shock, eh?
