I've been directing my first full pressional production! My new theater company, The Washington Rogues, is presenting "Busted Jesus Comix", a dark comedy by David Johnston, as part of the 2008 Capital Fringe Festival here in DC. I hope you can make it out!
I am on day two of a really kick-ass four and a half day weekend. Much love to everybody who came out to the event at Palace of Wonders on Thursday. More details later!

Lighting just struck so close to my apartment that the entire room filled with blinding white light, even though the shades were drawn. The thunder shook the building. It's been thunderstorm non-stop since 8 AM.

No, we haven't set up the account yet. Bryan said we would have to take the XBox to the basement since that's where our modem is, and he hasn't gotten around to doing that yet...I think we're enjoying it on our big screen too much and don't want to have to play the games on our smaller TV. LOL I will ask him about it again this weekend, though; I was talking to a friend who told me about all of the benefits of Xbox Live-downloads and stuff-so now I'm excited to get it hooked up.
Free internet access is a glorious thing, not to be taken for granted. It disappeared for a while, but thank the Gods it's back!
