Went for a nice bike ride tonight. Crossed the river and road through Waterford, following the Erie Canal!! Trying to get out and do more activities. No need to be that 400LB Body Guard any more. Time to move forward in life and get healthy.

I went out with a friend and saw Dax Riggs last night. he was the front man for Golgotha, Acid Bath, Daisyhead & The Mooncrickets, Agents of Oblivion, Deadboy & the Elephantmen. He is best known for being the front man for Acid Bath.

Dax has a really powerful voice that has David Bowe influence. Just a great singer.

I am going into work early this morning so I can go to the Dax Riggs concert tonight. Can't wait!!!
