I think i'm going to try and cut back on coffee. I've been drinking way too much of it during the week and then on the weekend I end up getting these horrendous headaches.

1 cup a day max I think. I'll see how that works.

So I took off from work today and did a bunch fo driving.

I so love air conditioning. it's 91 degrees outside, on the road my car was reading it anywhere between 98 and 101 degrees. And in the inside of my car was a nice cool 70. smile

I can not wait for the Camping Trip. i really love camping. me and Nyssa go at least 3 or 4 times a year. we have a pretty nice setup of camping tools and gadgets.

i hurt. Saturday I helped my martial arts instructor shoot a Instructional video, but instead of taking pictures and such I was the uke. That means I was the guy that all of the techniques where demonstrated upon for the most part.

and because it's a video and he wanted to show the seriousness and violence of the techniques i wasn't allowed to roll...
