ha, yeah. turns out that life got in the way of her intended visit this past summer, but she intends to come visit in january/february. It is kind of annoying, I told her flat out that if she thinks for a minute that she might not be able to make it up here, to freaking tell me well in advance. I can book a flight and drop some vacation time almost immediately on a couple weeks down there with her.

Thanksgiving was awesome! My cousin's wedding went great, I got to spend time with my nephew, walk the nature trail and the beach (on two separate occasions with SUPER weather), relaxed a lot and spent tons of time with my family. And of course, stuffed my face with turkeyness!

We didn't have a great summer, maybe 3 or 4 nice days and that was it. Our Autumn so far has been better than our summer.
I'm in the same boat as you, my real job has really kicked my ass and my life the past 2 years but I have plans in motion. There's a very good chance that I'll be going back to university next year to do the same career as you. Be prepared for lots of questions from me
Apart from that life is good, things are going well with me and my new girlfriend. I still keep in contact with Kerry, she seems to be doing well. She just got back from a 2 week holiday in Florida
