Dude, there are so many good books I could recommend, but it depends really on what you're looking for. A couple of good ones to understand yourself and how your mind works are "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind" by Joseph Murphy, or maybe "The Silva Mind Control Method" by Jose Silva. These two books can probably be found in any bookstore and help one to control ones life.

Okay. So I know nothing but what I've been told is that when one becomes intoxicated ones field opens, hence feelings of lightness.
