very strange indeed. i dont know what to say about it. i get upset enough when the postman comes too early on a saturday and loudy sends the post flying through the slot.

excellent cuff by the way. benjamin rocks. he made me some dainty little wrist cuffs customly made to fit (my wrists are really small). he's a creative dude.

Why are people fuckwads? A friend's sister is going through a really tough time with her husband right now - he doesn't want her to work, wants her stay at home with the kids, and basically doesn't want her to have any identity or interests of her own. He does his best to convince her that she'd be helpless and on the streets without him,...

The chicken and waffles were quite excellent. I wasn't entirely sure that these foods were going to go well together, but I was pleasantly surprised. The candied yams and cornbread were washed down with a very tasty orange juice/lemon juice combination called a "Sunrise", I believe.

I am also apparently funny, as I made my dinner companion laugh so hard that she sucked a piece...

So it looks like I'm probably going into LA tonight to hang out. I've heard that there's some excellent ethiopian food there, which is excellent, as I'm pretty sure I haven't eaten anything that didn't involve caffeine or alcohol since Thursday. Which brings up an interesting point - I tend to have periods where I just lose my appetite completely. To the extent that I...

He is trying. A lot more than he ever has before.

I have never had good Ethiopian food. There were a few Ethiopian place in Minneapolis that I tried. They were all horrible. Maybe I just don't like Ethiopian. But I have heard people say it can be very good. I suppose some people might think "well what do you expect going to an Ethiopian place in Minneapolis?" But it actually has a large Ethiopian and Eritrean population. Funny, people seem to think Minnesota is very vanilla, but I saw way more diversity there than I ever have anywhere else in a city of that size.

I have never had Roscoe's either, but I have heard very good things and I love fried chicken. Hope you enjoyed it. smile

wow - I have an ebay store at the moment -its linked at the bottom of my profile as my website (since I didnt think to copy it before I started typing this) that gauntlet isnt up there yet - probably next week sometime- the full arm gauntlet I think Ill put up at 70$, but I would sell them to my sg friends for 50$ if you find that you actually want one. most of the stuff I make is out of really stiff leather and is definately made to be functional restraint gear - that burgundy leather is a lot softer (which means you can kind of bend your arm which is nice - probably you have about 40% mobility with it on) but Im not sure how much pressure the restraint loop could take- its not as strong as the other stuff - but the leather is really nice -its got a heavy waxy feel to it -it makes a really nice cat-o-9 - Im going to see if I can get the same stuff in black - but if you see anything you like Ill sell it to you for 70% of the listed price - thanks for the compliment again -

Yeah, you're right. Everything about Easter is very disillusioning. It's like, why would God allow people to be making so much MONEY off of his/Jesus' suffering? Argh, capitalism and relgion aren't supposed to mix, but daily they do. It's depressing.

Hahah, oh, I know. When I'm feeling depressed, I tend to write. That day I decided to write on my panty-hose. It was a bad descision.... argh. That's a thought, though! Inspirational panty-hose! You could so market those. On Easter. In a church. wink

Oh, and btw... I don't see eyeliner either! You need to layer that on! Maybe add some mascara... wink

I've always been obsessed with mechanical things, but it's gotten much worse recently. So much so that I'm seriously contemplating two rather major purchases. Namely, a motorcycle and a gun.

I'm cognizant of the fact that both are symbols of power, but that's not really why I'm into them. I've always loved the "cruiser" style of motorcyle, both aesthetically and mechanically. The lines, the chrome,...

I do indeed know people who still call things "women's work". My mother for one. She is part of the problem. I don't even care that they want to divide work by gender. Well I do, but, mostly I just want them to think about the fact that the women on the farm are outnumbered by a factor of 12 to 1. My mom practically runs three households. It is just too much. Somebody has to step up and help out. My dad is coming around though. Just going to take some time.

You were probably kidding, but, I wouldn't be surprised if I don't have to kick a few asses and crack some heads before this is over. Which is fine. To be honest I have been looking for an excuse to kick some of those asses for years. wink

I'm off to see Guitar Wolf in about 30 minutes! I'm really excited - haven't been to a concert since Marilyn Manson at the Wiltern back in December. This time, I'm taking my earplugs, though. I couldn't hear right for a week after the Manson concert.

I've got my new black pants, lots of leather bits on my arms, and a fair amount of vodka...

I am going to buy some pants. Probably black 501's, not sure. There are several reasons for this. The first is that I've lost about 20 pounds in a month, so all of my old pants are too big. They're also to that special stage where you can't really get them clean anymore.

I'm also thinking that I should maybe get some leather pants, but...

I ate a bug by accident. It was little, but still. It was in my cereal, and it crunched. It did not taste like chicken.

humour/stupidity is good... you'll always have an audience, most people like to laugh biggrin

i'm only good at dialogue because i'm always planning out entire conversations with people in my head, even if they never happen. i also pull dialogue from convos i've had... it helps to hang around interesting people wink
