What are you doing today?
My legs are sore and stiff after a crazy leg focused week. 3 sessions of heavy squats and two sessions of deadlifts have taken it's toll. The things we do just to get that new one rep max, that little bit of definition, those extra pounds of muscle or just cause we are sick people who enjoy the pain.

Not to visit maybe, but well... which one if your favorite for what ever reason?

I think I'd have to go for a pretty obvious choice i guess. The king of the solar system, the elephant in the room maybe... Jupiter. I mean just look at it! it even looks tasty!

Which books do you keep coming back to again and again?

I've always done this, even at the expence of missing out on new exciting experiences. There are some books that never get to sit in the shelves. The worn dog eard pages are a testiment of love i guess, even if it does annoy me sometimes that i'd rather read an old favorite than find something new.

I'm currently re-reading Rendezvous with Rama by Arthur...
