Very true. Since I work in healthcare.. I have to say to myself, "Everyone is fighting their own war" very often when a patient is getting to me, so I don't go off on them, lol. Then I always try to imagine being the, and it helps.

We're not going to starve (luckily, my wife has a well-paying job) and perverse as I am, I do see the management side of it, as they're trying to keep the company (a for-profit university with, as it turns out, a less-than-perfect business model) afloat. But loyalty only goes so far, and much as I hate looking for another job, that's what I'm doing now. Thank you for the good wishes...and don't call me mister, ma'am! ;-)

Film hasn't showed up on our screens here (Germany) yet. Still waiting for The Master as well. I'm way behind on current movies anyway, still need to see Life of Pi and Les Mis - have you seen those? I did pretty well on my Oscar predictions...sometimes it helps NOT having seen the movies ^__^

I'm a huge musical fan, but not so much of the newer ones (from Webber onwards) and I have never seen Les Mis on stage, so I'm not expecting to be blown away by the vocal abilities of the actors.
