Because you can't save anyone you doesn't want to be saved. She probably doesn't realize how her behavior towards her grades is affecting her relationships. She needs to be aware of what her actions towards school is doing to her before she can decide whether or not to be saved, and then whether you can help her. I don't know if that makes sense or helps you at all, but I hope it does.
