plasmatic and scattered

i have seen the way they flock to me
cast a net on the nests of open wounds
soul seeking the care and comfort
ambiance of a friend
as a womb
as your confidant
as your bride without marriage
as your teacher
as your pupil
i am strong and breathing with fire
and i am surprised by all of you
those who...

my british literature professor had a definite moistness twixt her thighs for john donne...

i have a parka i rarely wear that makes me warm as hell, but i infrequently don it because i can't talk to people or see what's going on around me when i wear it. that extended, tubular fur hood is trouble. warm trouble, but not worth the warmth or the trouble most days. also, it isn't the safest attire if i'm out alone, with my headphones on and no peripheral sight, i'm a cooked little goosey should someone want to throw me in an unmarked van!
