My laptop died, and then I shot it with a cannon. I mean that. I was so angry with it that I took it out and shot it with a two foot long cannon that shoots titanium golf balls. My only regret is that I didn't video tape it.

I have been wanting to build a new computer for a while, ever since I gave...

So, I went a way for a bit, but I am finally back. I just needed some time to fully adjust to my new town. I love where I live and I've started to settle in, actually unpacked and starting into decorating my place. Now that I'm finally starting to feel normal again I can get back to what I was working on before, namely...

I am going to be perfectly honest, I've spent more time researching what fountain pen I want to buy next than actually working on my penmanship. I have started on it though, and I plan on spending more time on it. On the bright side, writing with my disposable fountain pens has been such a joy that I have done plenty of work on my...

My grandfather had beautiful penmanship, probably because he was raised by Catholic priests. His exceptional manual dexterity is probably one of the many reason that he excelled at being a mechanic, carpenter, machinist, and welder. A Jack of all trades and master of quite a few. Of all these things his penmanship is what I admired the most, for whatever stupid reason.

I have horrible...

I just got finishing moving from Ogden, Utah, to Arco, Idaho. It's a really big difference moving from the city to a small town like this. I like it though, it's real quiet. I go to the truck stop during the day to bullshit with the locals, a bunch of old guys that are mostly farmers. Good people, and hard working. It's also nice to...

I had a friend that moved here years ago and praised the place quite a bit, mostly for being exactly what it is, a dried up dying community.  I didn't really like it that much when I first got here but it's grown on me a lot since then.  I know a lot more of my neighbors here than I ever did in Ogden.

Just recently I got back from a small trip to visit a friend in Idaho. I had a lot of fun and was planning a blog post about. We met some new people, including some very cool people from France. We went and visited EBR-1, the first experimental breeder reactor in the world. I got to try out a lot of new booze, I even...

I contacted KOA nationally this morning, and apparently at least one camper called in to complain about the incident.  The camper didn't want to stay in the area, so they called after they had packed up and left.

I am not a violent man. I want to preface with that considering what I am about to post. I will, however, defend myself if it comes to that. Because of that, I am a big supporter of gun rights. I support a lot more right than gun rights, though I won't go into them. I won't even go into gun right with this post....
