I hate the jaw popping, it's so annoying. But yesterday, I was basically told to keep my mouth shut for a few weeks. No yawning, no chewing gum or anything else chewy or hard, no singing, no excessive/exaggerated talking...I can't hold the phone with my shoulder anymore, I have to sleep on my back (which I don't do) to keep me from clenching my jaw....
It's bullshit. I hate it. I want my jaw back.
