Next week is my last week of muscle building. Then i prepare myself for HIIT month and it takes around 1 week. Ill do pictures every day to see my progress and make a video at the end. Hope to get fat % from 22 to 10 - 7 :) (if my heart can handle it of course).

Been feeling alone here is Estonia. I was away for 3 years and then traveld back here and with that time all my friends have moved to Sweden and Finland. Been with my family for 9 month but it`s not enough. Gym is the only thing that keeps me sane.

My personal trainer wants me to build muscle for 3 month so i would have more strength. And then keep my strength wile shrinking muscles back with cross fit program. So i will look freakishly bumped up in some point and i don`t like it. But stronger than before. :)

I am ready to party a bit today, but first fixing my dreads. Going out second time this year.

I already have been going gym 2 weeks. My motto is: Go hard or go home. So i do gym 6 times a week and extra run 6 times a week as well. Thinking of putting third training hour into my day. I start clean eating plan from Monday because my body fat % is way too high, it was 27% 2 weeks ago. :)

Gym 1 hour and running 4 miles every day. The feeling you get after workout is great. Downside is that my sexdrive is growing rapidly, witch is normal but annoying.

I have been to gym 2 times now. I train with my personal trainer because i need special training plan for my future fights. I don`t bump up my muscles, not my style. Normal fit look is the best look on my opinion. Next gym is on Sunday.

Time to see my friends tomorrow, and say goodbyes to them. Gonna move to New-Zealand soon...
