Well. I survived my first Bikram Yoga class! It was *awesome*

100 degree room tempurature (or at least near that!). *edit* I stand corrected, it was actually 105!!!

Sweat. Lots of it. Dripping. Red faced. For 1.5 hours.

VICTORY!

I had a splinter stuck up my pinky nail for nearly a week. Yesterday I chopped a good portion of my pinky nail off and succesfully removed it! Now I just need my nail to grow back...

Excited about going out tonight. Need to go dance.

Excited about this coming Friday. Girls day out for me and Miss Polly!!!!

But for now... work. bleh.

emotionally, 2004 has been spectacular.

I don't feel that outstanding depressing 'need' for things. Nothing is getting me down...

Of course, we're only 4 days in... lets hope it keeps up

it's 8:20 am on New Years Day...

I have the first hangover of the year... and I have to leave in 20 mins for work..

gave my hair much needed maintainence today... though, there are several dreads that still need tightening, im just tired... it takes sooooo long when you do your own hair. Dreads were washed.. my scalp is *so* happy right now , new oils put in and they don't have that 'club smell' to them anymore.. thank god!
