Also how long are you looking to live in Pittsburgh? Becky (Case's girlfriend) just bought a house in Bloomfield, it was cheap, it's nice, and you own the shit. Want a dog? You get as many as you want. Want to pant the house hot pink with maroon highlights? Your place, go for it. The mortgage is cheaper than rent. There are cheap houses in some cool areas, Bloomfield, Lawernceville, Southside. Plus you will have equity. Just an idea. And if you can drop a load of money each month check out www.nowall.com

word of advice don't hold the paint can while you paint and paint out of it......if you drop it and it hits the floor just right it causes all the paint to splater around it and make a huge mess and is a horrid bitch to clean up....
