I dunno I think you sort of knew you were right? I guess because it was never a huge shocker when they told me I was bipolar among other things I think I would be more shocked if they told me you are a-ok.
Meds are alot to deal with though. Do your research just like you would anything else. But always remember one thing that works with someone else might not work the same with you. Also....pay attention to yourself...if something doesn't feel right let someone know.
I don't know how I feel about facing reality.....I am in a fantasy world if I faced my own reality I wouldn't exist. I suppose with some issues you have to come to terms with but don't hover over a problem for to long..I dunno am not the right person to shell out mental health advice but I love you and I want you to be happy and I hope you get happy really soon...and learn to love yourself as much as everyone else loves you.

maybe being diagnosed is a good thing for you right now... at least you don't have to walk around thinking your going crazy and feeling shitty not knowing what's wrong with you. this could be the begining of facing what's going on and dealing/nipping it in the butt!

Mia is autistic so I have her on a gluten/dairy free diet. Alot of the medical people don't feel there is any truth behind it. (it isn't a cure it just makes things a little less foggy for her) when I took dairy out within a week she said mama so I believe in it. I am trying to convert the whole house to gluten free (since I notice crumbs get to her no matter how careful I am) but yeah it is just easier to say to people she is allergic because in a way she is it just isn't the traditional allergy.
well he is a good guy at heart or I wouldn't have fell for him...but yeah he isn't good for us and it is very much a double ended sword no one is free of hurt when it comes to this.
Not worries hun haven't been really here as well (mentally)
