When I go I do the treadmill for 15mins then depends I do either arms,legs, cardio so if it is cardio I would run 2miles outside and then do stairs longes(sp?) sit ups stuff like that legs was yesterday alot of squats (stair running) and I do free weights and the weighted machines only because my muscles have gone to mush and well I do more rep less weight which won't really add much bulk. Basically I am at the gym for 75 mins twice a wk. If I go on a Saturday I usually do 45 min treadmill then 10-15 eleptical (I find it a very hard machine I think my legs are just to short)
Well the ibtc post was basically because lately people keep saying how small my boobs are for my size...so it was time for me let out a little it is ok post.
