Quit Smoking Update: 4th day.
Feel weird, stomach is queezy, I cant sleep..im either all jumpy or lethargic. Slept MAYBE 3 hours last night.
Had some really bad cravings which i quelled with some awful chewing tobacco....i dont believe in nicorette or the patch or any of that expensive bullshit. THe chaw does help relieve the pressure...its only temporary i dont plan on making this...
