My uncle is in Kuwait and the mail we send back and forth always comes fairly quickly. But, I've never experienced APO...it may be way different and more of a hassle.
This just means you need to convince someone to open an EB there...they opened a Starbucks in Cario where a buddy of mine lives and the people went nutz. Now that Wall-E is going to be in Arabic i think there's a market for it
