Feeling good about my new tattoo now that my skin is mostly all healed. Even with the time it took to heal I was appreciating the process. And since its a unique design, I'm pretty sure no-one else has this tattoo. But the best part is that its there for me to see.

June was a very creative month. Every month is. I need to spend time just to digest everything. Every conversation with friends is an inspiration to my artistic endeavors. I only hope for more chances to be creative in art, music, photography, and film.

Got some new ink. A background of clouds to the dragon I have on my left arm. Will upload photos when the skin has fully healed. This tattoo is going to be inspiring for years to come. I'm having all sorts of good emotions about this tattoo. I guess its normal to feel this way about a new tattoo. I don't know, what have other...

Had a good weekend. Saw a friend I hadn't seen in a while. Sometimes just being in a person's company inspires more in you than whole months of the company of others. Of course, the best is that every friend and favorite author or musician or artist inspires in their own way.

Life is good in that I'm understanding things more deeply and fully. For some reason I'm just starting to really understand things, and mostly I think it's the fact that my work has me constantly thinking like an artist and is challenging me by the work of others. So its bringing out the best in me and pushing me to apply myself and be better....

You're very welcome! I hope you have lots of positive experiences on this site.

Yeah, I did make you one of my favorites because you're just so interesting and so amazingly beautiful. You are the kind of girl, woman, I love. And did I mention you're just so very beautiful? love eeek biggrin

And literally you have the best tattoos in my opinion. I mean it. Your tattoo of Africa is awesome. I have not seen someone with such a tattoo before. I live in the States, and there isn't much about the rest of the world unless you a personally interested in it. I luckily am and I just find SO much about every country in Africa to love. Music from Nigeria, Mali, Senegal, Cameroon, South Africa of course. I loved watching the World Cup in 2010. I could go on and on.

Thank you for the comment. It made my day, too. biggrinbiggrin

Listening to some GOA Trance right now with headphones on. Simply Awesome. Music I wish I had heard sooner, but now I know it, I'll probably be listening to it forever.

Anytime. Show how strong, independent, and beautiful you are as a woman. I think maybe photography gives you that freedom of expression, and the chance to show different sides of yourself in each photoshoot, so each is unique.. Can't wait to see any new sets by you!

so many new understandings of the world. greater perspectives, new connections, new experiences. Can't yet put into words but definitely are the stuff of knowledge that will be with me for a long time. Basically it has been a good couple of days for a multitude of reasons.

I just put some photos up on the web from when I was in Japan in 2008 and 2009. Part of the magic comes from the initial experience that you want to capture in a photograph. It's even better when you work on the photos on a computer because the memories of the experience come back and you realize you get to share some awesome...

So I was looking at photos I took while in Japan in 2008 and 2009. My background as an artist, going to art school, I've always loved images. Drawing, painting, photography. I don't have any of these photos online yet, but I will. I'm proud of them. I have to share them with the world, if only so I can be given the opportunity to...
