My advice is make it something special to you. and do your homework...u don't want to just stick anything on ya...its goin to be there for a long time! I believe if u can back up why u have it then u know u were supposed to get it.
Ur heritage is always good...like a chaldagh ring...or celtic knots etc. One of my friends has the symbols from the star wars books on each arm of the dark side and jedi side. nerdy yes...but it is about the good & evil in life so it wrks. stuff like that....
