But I'm not on a phone or tablet. I'm on my laptop. Why couldn't they keep at least a version of the old site for computers, and use this for the phones/laptops? I don't normally check SG when I'm out in public on my phone...

That is exactly what I think ! Everything is make for phones/tablets, even ones which have,  by essence, better supplied on computer...

I'm not going to post an ad for my most recent blog post here, because that one's extremely personal... written for World Suicide Prevention Day (September 10).

But I wanted to highlight this post I did back on August 24...

Over on News24, BornAgain_Believer posted a series of questions called Investigating Atheism.

I want to start out by noting, however, that these questions...

So... I have a blog over at WordPress. I think I may start posting snippets from new blogs here, mainly to drive up traffic at my blog. I really want to get more readers... biggrin

Wow...

So...

I just came back from Birthright Israel. Ten days of... erm... it's hard to explain. I need to gather my thoughts. It was a profound and life-changing experience...

Don't worry, fellow atheists... I didn't find God biggrin. But I did find a much stronger connection to my Jewish heritage, a new homeland, new friends, and a greater respect for an incredible...

So...

For those who don't know, I pledge with AEPi this semester...

Well...

Although I still owe $500 (I'll figure it out), I'm in. I'm officially an AEPi NIB (Newly-Initiated Brother). I have decided that I'd like to train to be a Pledgemaster. It's a lot of hard work, patience, and dealing with asshattery, but it's also a...

I have to nod off again because I'm too broke to even have $12 in my account.

Is there anyone here generous enough to get me a month? I intend to have the full $48 for a year-long subscription in August, but I'm broke-as-fuck right now... frown

My account is "suspended"... I've no clue when it will be canceled, so... frown

orionshalom:

...done! You are good to go. A very worthy expense this be.

I managed to save my account by switching it to a monthly account. I'll switch it back to a year-long account once I have the money in a couple weeks or so...

Poe's Law

It actually should be Poe. It's not an anagram. Sorry... blush

I think I have enough time to edit that...

I am depressed to say that I may have to cancel my membership tomorrow for a couple weeks. I don't have $45 at the moment... frown

Anyways...

I went to Taco Bell today because I was hungry and wanted to try the new XXL Chalupa (for the record, it is fucking awesome).

Anyways, it was pretty busy. The store itself was pretty full (I was...

I haven't posted a blog here in a while. Truth be told, I'm not sure what to talk about.

I mean... I'm living in Boca Raton, FL right now. I need to take two more classes at Georgia Perimeter College, and pass them, to get my Business associates degree. Luckily I can take the two classes online, although one requires on-campus testing...

Very cool, Kalikina! What are you going for?

tadkil:

Damn fine blog.

Read these books: The Family & C Street. Both are by Jeff Sharlet who may be one of the most important investigative reporters in this century.
