usually school gyms are notorious for the single flat bench, rusted dumbbells slightly bent in the middle. ah well. at least gold's should give you the options you need.
i never liked lifting at my college gym, the softball gilrs would be in the way, and i always wanted to correct them, bit my lip to watch them sometimes.
i like the gym i work at, it has everything, and the times i lift, earlier in the day, arent usually busy. but i hate going in on weekends, since im there all week, all day. so i got a membership at a gym 20 minutes away, i go there on weekends. i know the manager, so he hooked me up with a good deal, but now hes trying to convince me to be a trainer there. i need a get-a-way gym, where no one can bother me.
the other day i was lifting, and this woman came up to me in a huff about one of the treadmills not working (even though we have a ton) and i told her id look at it when i was working, which wasnt for another 40 minutes.
she got more annoyed and stalked away. those types annoy me to no end. a guy came up tp me yesterday while i was doing cardio and wanted to ask me workout questions, which is fine i guess, but i just wanted my time to myself after working a ten hour shift!
speaking of which. i cleaned the house, now im off to the other gym, to get away fro a bit. have a good weekend!
