Another shoot this Friday and I am ready this time, Refined! and than Summer Slaughter on Sataurday! Got back to work on Sunday past from wrist injury... Feeling Okay... new tattoo work next week! New roomate! New tires for my bike, Oh yeah boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!miao!!

So I have been pole dancing for almost a year a was feeling really confident on stage, last week attempting new trix I hurt my wrist, esp. when using it in a rotating motion. does anyone have any idea, when it might get better? I haven't been to a doctor in years and don't know what to do !pukeskullpuke

You may want to see a doctor, just to be on the safe side. I was in a car accident in December and hurt my wrist. I was sure it was broken, but X-rays revealed no fractures. Turns out it was just ligament damage. I now wish it had been broken instead. It would have been healed already. Instead, I'm still bothered by it and frequently have to wear a wrist brace to give it a rest. frown
