I understand not being social, sometimes I find the most comfort in my solitude. I do like the company of others, but it's a my terms sort of thing, and then I'm fun to be around.

The pit bull guy does seem like an idiot, like he needs attention himself which is the reason to run the shelter. I'm sure there were many suitable candidates to adopt a dog.

I may try to get up that way to check out some of the films. My cousin lives near Madison in Oregon, so I have a place to crash if I don't feel like driving home.

Have a good time with the trip to the northeast. I used to go to BC.to go mountain biking every year, don't know why I stopped.

I recently became single myself. Although some people think single is the way to be and have their reasons why I don't. It may be easier in some ways, but having someone there for you for support, possibly love, and to confide in about life and what it's pitching at you is a comfort I like having, and to have somebody to share everyday life with is nice.

Phigen: I don't think he got into rescues with the best intentions. I think he did it to prove his superiority to others. "You like Pit Bulls? Well I have my own rescue so...". That's how he is about everything. He has the best computer and software, so he does all the photos of the dogs and internet promotions. He has the most handling experience so he's the one who handles the dogs. He is the most aware of all the animal abuse everywhere, so he's going to shove it down your throat. He is doing the best for the dogs (supposedly), so no adopter could ever compare. It's one of the reasons we didn't get along. I also have a mild superiority complex, and I don't put up with that kind of nonsense from others.

Dougrun: Who says relationships always have to be complicated? I feel like romantic comedies and society at large make people feel like relationships have to be complicated and dramatic and outlandish to be authentic. I'm not one to blame society or any faceless entity, but for whatever reason, if someone isn't yelling, something is wrong when it comes to relationships, and that is not my style.

DarkRiver: The film schedule is available on Thursday, and ticket sales start on Saturday. Let me know if you end up seeing anything good! I won't be seeing many (if any) films this year because I'm volunteering so much. You may see me running around at some point though. And I agree with much of what you said about singledom. I prefer to have someone to simply exist with. Someone who makes the silence comfortable. That's probably the most important quality for me when looking for a partner: can we sit silently together and still enjoy each other's company. In the end, if you enter into a long term relationship, you can't and shouldn't talk every second of every day, so silence is very important. If you feel awkward, as if the silence is crushing you, then you're not meant to be. My opinion, anyways.

Ian-I have promised my father that the classes I'm taking are not job training. But, as it turns out, I'm a natural at both lap and pole dancing. I will be sure to take a video once I set up my pole at home, which won't be until July or so.

shoot, I'd be nervous if you were my daughter. One, you're beautiful, two, you're taking pole dancing classes, and three, guys like me are taking notice.

Hexxus-I had class on Tuesday after all, however, I am currently snowed in to my house with no way to escape. Everything is closed, so even if I could leave, there's no where to go. It's kind of nice.

Ian-My hair isn't red right now, although it has been in the past. It's hard to tell in the video though, I'm sure. My hair is mostly brown, with pink, blue, and purple streaks in the front.

Buddha-I agree, but only when the snow is in my shoes, or making people drive under 40 mph. I'm kind of an aggressive driver...

Beave-Enjoy it while it lasts. Who knows, you may end up somewhere cold and snowy someday. Who'll be laughing then? Morrigna, of course.

Pen-Yes, it usually is fairly snowy this time of year for us, but last night, we were getting 2 1/2" per hour, which is a lot of snow, and on top of that the drifts were so bad, you couldn't see the road at all, even driving behind a plow. As for the American accents, I definitely think a Boston accent is different from a WI accent, which is different from a Texas accent. Just like cockney is different from a posh accent.
