Turn blue and die for christ's sake! How long are we to go on like this?

Here's the thing about photography: the camera catalyzes a devastating intimacy with each girl.

For each of you have your own special pose that you believe will make you endearing, profound or attractive. But all it does is reveal a frightening gulf of self-deception.

There's nothing...

And the wine is in my heart
and there is a stone in my chest
that looks like bone

and you
are curled up
in my pocket
like a dollar.

Skull and dross

bones burnished
blank from the sun.

A pirates lair.

Passive.

Winter.

Cold.

The radiator gurgles and hisses.

Are you my girlfriend?

Am I your boyfriend?

No.

My pirate fucked your pirate!

THE FUCK

The night sky
offered a vague transcendence
to our August
doldrums-soon.
October would take us from beneath
and once gain
confer decay with hope
of new beginnings.

Brief acquaintance
of a strange nature

The ground beneath us
the conifers above
a spongy
pine yard of needle death

a dendrophiliac
amok in death.

THE END OF A SHITTY YEAR
Michael verses michael

Michael, was there ever a bigger fool in all of Manhattan?

No michael. Indeed, in all the world, not since Catallus fell for Lesbia has there been a bigger fool.

Thanks for clarifying. Happy New Year, Douche bag.

Happy new year.

m = michael

M = Michael

Watch them walk in circles around his room in the muted...

Dear friends and family of Amanda Palmer,

I am so sorry.

I received the news this morning. It was as if someone had ripped
the bones of my legs clean from the flesh. Had I the strength I would
have followed her right then.

This letter is as much for me, as it is for you, that you might know
something about Amanda that perhaps...

So gloomy today.

Last night I made the best banana bread from scratch.

And then:

I nearly cut my thumb off on the Cling wrap box when I was wrapping it up.

Blood every where. My roommate convinced me to go to the ER. I was there from 11:30 pm. till 3:00 in the morning. Fuckers. You'd bleed to death in Manhattan...

hey there.
glad to find another polaroid lover on here.

I haven't done that much with polaroid lately since my camera broke about 2 years ago and the film's sooo expenssive here (about 30 for 10 pieces) so i always try to save them up for the perfect photo.

a few months ago i found my great granny's polaroid XS 70.. it's so neat and now i have a reason to get back into that.

i love surreal polaroid photography.. like daily things that are put in a weird way.. does that make sense?

i hope you have a good day and have fun with your tooooy biggrin
kiss

porphyria:

Haha best comment ever.

Damn that is bad, you'd go gangrene before getting help. I hope they take people in on a needs basis, like if your having a heart attack you skip the line a bit.

NYC What will I miss?

Smoking cigarettes on my fire escape? Roof top parties. The Hudson river and our brown bag parties?

The Lion's Head? The Underground? 1020? Piano's, Arlene's?

Snorting coke in the kitchen of the Heights with crazy Victor and Salin?

McSorley's?

Stevo: Drinking beers on his rooftop while the sun comes up.

Most of us are gone:

My...
