Don't take the just friends thing too personaly. I've used the line a few times when a drunk friend was getting too "clingy". If the person was sober and acting the same way it would have been different, but its a nice way of saying "your drunk and I'm not the type of guy to take advantage of that". Its not rejection, it courtesy to use that line.

Lets see whats my worst drunken story? When I was 19 I got so drunk that I striped naked, got a sword, and started running around my apartment complex screaming at people that I was the loird of darkness. hehe. And thats when I learned to keep an eye on my drinking. Anyway these days I drink casualy with friends so I don't really get that plastered anymore. But even if you got up to something crazy don't worry to much in the future you'll just look back on it and laugh.

My hair is a wretched mess currently. It was blonde and then we tried to do red for my best friend's wedding, it came out a grey-ish-purple... can't have that if you are the Maid of Honor... so my little cousin did it blue black, it looked goregous fo about 5 days... now it is greyish-greenish muck and I have no money to fix it.
Again, good luck with the kitties! What a shame vet-techs can't be trusted!

The Book seems fairly interesting I read a synopsis just after I bought the movie on DVD, Will have to eventually read it. Still need to eventualyl see a stage show.. constiantly missed it when it was in Toronto for the whole 10 years or so.

The "Mark as interesting" thing lets you add people to your bookmarks so you can see whn they update and read what they write on a regular basis. It doesn't show up to the person you mark though.
I tend to make friend chains. Basically, I have a friend like RedFireFaery and then after a while I hit a bored mood and check out her friends. Then mark people interesting and eventually become friends with some of them. It is a pretty cool way to meet interesting people here.
The girl thing pretty much just ended though. It just ended up being too much of a problem and I couldn't deal with it.
