Oh wow, I'm jealous! I've only seen about 6 or 7 species myself, so lame. I would love to join the weekly RSPB group trips but I'm too shy to walk into that room for the first time heh I can get an education through you if you start carrying a camera everywhere
Lol! Maibey, that may be one of the more random pieces of advice I've ever heard. It's kind of like saying, "Men over 50, look out! Hemmeroids can strike at any time!" What brought this pearl of wisdom our way?
I've had a funny experience with corvids. A few years back I worked at a water bottling plant. We had these birds everywhere. One day one of them figured out that if it pokes a hole in the top or our bottle with it's beak it could drink the water. Then all of the other birds started doing the same thing anytime they were thirsty. Next thing we know, we have to schedule a time once, or twice, a day to take out these opened bottles of water and replace them before loading the trucks. We even had to put a tarp over the cases every night before leaving to protect them from being damaged. It's a perfect example of how adaptive they are and how they teach eachother new tricks. Very smart birds!
Is it Mike? Cause I would wanna offer him to DA or Katie before I give him away, but we are looking for a new home for him.
I just never see Smith to ask him...
