Unfortunatley, they're as computer-illiterate as can be, so we ended up having to get them a Dell package so that they could have all the tech support they could ever need. i actualy owned an ISP for awile but never did much with it... nah t1's are ungodly expensive... it works now and i dont think they will find out im running a server cuz its only a test server i dont actualy serve out files outside my network so for now i should be ok.. my web servers and what not are on a t3 in detroit
