lol, man what a freak. I feel your pain though, I had a guy that had been emailing my wife (Madeleine) about her website for about 2 or 3 months, it was cool at first, just a fan saying what great pics they were (of course I shot them
and how hot she was. Then I'm surfing, bored, and decide to put in Madeleines name, not only did this guy have EVERY photo on her site, almost emulated completey, he was claiming to be the photographer and being married to her. Had this great bio with photoshoped pics of him and her together, i mean it was crazy. Best of all the idiot posted his P.O. Box on the site (it was in Virginia, about 5 miles where we lived, so I contacted my lawer and pressed charges. I wish the site was still up so you could see the madness, but right now the guys in jail cause he tryed to attack some girl when he claimed to be a photographer.
Anyway, I hope you both are doing well, and good luck with all that you do!

i just shot mars volta.
pretty intense show.... at one point the singer started crawling towards me on his hands and knees - i was on the edge of the stage and the lights were so low my cam wouldn't focus it was maddening... such a great photo opportunity and my autofocus was scrambling...

I shoot a lot of smaller bands and I've never yet had to ask for permission... they've always been cool about it. It seems that for bands like manson, billy idol, mars volta you got to et to get an agreement and sing something.... right? how do you go about it? btw mars volta playing in nyc tonight! going to check the show...
i'm hoping to do a et fordonz in the near future, just need i little more practice..
