I'm looking for some people to participate in an experimental travel project (in your own city!) next weekend.

Who's game?

Ehh, I dunno man. That sounds a lot like... work.
mistersatan:
Man, good question. Video games, bad movies, building shit. Good friends and black coffee too. So, the usual, I guess.

Life Synopsis: Coles Notes version.

Bored to death from work, not getting much money from work.

Going on a lot of dates, but still feeling lonely.

Not sure if I'm bettering myself with books or drowning myself in them.

Still lazy.

Excited about Burning Man.

Too hot.

In desperate need of adventure.

Should be writing more, working out more, eating better.

Back to my book...

re Beer: that's a fine choice. Sometimes burying yourself is the right call.
acidgrampa:
What dates will you actually be here?

Montreal needs a beach, maybe I should take a job in Bali.
kiwiprincess:
There are beaches in LA. Just sayin'.

Drinking extremely potent beer and watching a documentary about William S. Burroughs, I feel at peace.

I've managed to get my self stuck somewhere in the Wheatley area ...
shandyowl:
Are you telling me I played through twice without spotting that?

My shame is boundless...

Could go gray for a bit, you've been forewarned.

And yes, I'll be back.

Question of the week:

What the hell am I doing?

helly:
I came here to ask you if you knew what I am doing. I got extremely lost a few years ago and I still can't find me.
maike:
Now I know the reason for your 'what the hell am I doing' question. We've got your alibi, so don't worry. Act surprised if Interpol calls about the missing Codex Calixtinus.

Happy Birthday Canada, support the arts!

shandyowl:
Good for you Canada!

I saw a link to William Shatner "singing" (is there even a technical term for what he does? there may be one for speaking in time to music but he doesn't even do that) 'Oh Canada' but I couldn't quite bring myself to watch it.

He always serves to remind us that most famous Americans are really Canadian.
